Melissa
Melissa works as a behavioral therapist at Patterns Behavioral Services in their Denver, Colorado location. She is also attending the Metropolitan State University of Denver, pursuing a degree in Psychology. Melissa graduated from Arapahoe High School in the Littleton School District. She previously attended the Art Institute of Colorado, in their Culinary program, with a specialty in Baking and Pastry. Melissa enjoyed going to her dance classes when she was younger, at the Academy of Colorado Ballet. She performed in the Academy’s presentation of Handel’s Messiah in November 2006 (above) and a production based on The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe in May 2006 (below). Over the summer, Melissa played a part in the Academy of Colorado Ballet Musical Theater group’s adaptation of Grease, Jr. Melissa got to play a small part in the Colorado Ballet production of Dracula on October 19-22, 2006. She was very excited to have gotten two parts in the David Taylor Dance Theatre production of The Nutcracker that was presented at Lakewood Cultural Center in December, 2006. It is lots of hard work, but very rewarding!
